We use traditional crafts methods, inherited generation after generation, to make the most select and distinguished Iberian pork products at DON IBeRICO.
The most demanding selection of Iberian pork from pigs at the right age, always chosen from the same livestock and fed on energygiving holm oak acorns at the site where they fall naturally, is the indispensable basis for the making of our products.
Maximum quality is obtained from the so-called Iberian acorn products by slaughtering Iberian pigs inmediately after have eaten the fallen acorns, thus obtaining the exceptional aroma, texture and juiciness that the woods natural food given them.
Our products, known for their balance of aromas and flavours, are a delicacy unique in the world and classed as DENOMINACIóN GUIJUELO.
Aware of the need to standardise and guarantee the excellence of our products, they are scrupulously controlled and analysed by the DENOMINACIoN GUIJUELO REGULATING BOARD and by REAL IBeRICO, the Iberian pork association.
