Koreans usually do not have a wide variety of dressing.
But seasoned soybean paste is usually used when they eat raw vegetables.
-Selectin of Raw Materials
At some other companies, they use wheat, barley, and even rice bran and barley bran,
But we at Makama only use wheat. Wheat is steamed and fermented, and then mixed with fermented soybean.
We add a small amount of pepper to the mix and fully ripen it before we actually deliver our products to the market.
-How to Use
Each household may have different ways of using the seasoned soybean soybean sauce.
