Stabilizing Agent for Peanut and Soybean-based Milk (RB4), providing a taste similar to dairy products, is widely applied to peanut milk, soy bean milk, almond milk, and other neuter plant protein beverage.
This product has the function of emulsification , thickening and suspending . It can prevent the phenomenon which the water separate out, the fat float upward and the protein precipitate effectively. it provides fresh and smooth mouthfeel for the peanut&soy bean milk beverage.

Usage:
1. Commonly, its recommended unit is 0.20 - 0.30 %
2. Usable method
Blending the RB4 and plenty of sugar until the powder is no caking. And then put it into 85 °C water slowly. Use the high-shear Emulsifier or colloid mill make it dissolve absolutely.
