Effectness of the product:
a.The product does not change the traditional processing procedure, and dough can be kneaded directly or with ordinary method.
b.It can endow streamed bread and bread with large volume, uniform appearance, smooth surface, soft and uniform texture, excellent elasticity, small and uniform pore.
c.It can also prevent starch from ageing, prolong preserving time, and improve nutrition and quality.
Application range:
Steamed bread, bread, steamed stuffed bun, especially suitable for all kinds of fermented and steamed flour products and quick-frozen flour product.
Use level:
Usually 0.3-0.8% (calculated as the weight of flour) , and optimum use level is 0.5-0.6%.
Usage:
Dissolve the product with 20 times of hot water (< 60°C) and blend to solubilize and then pour the solution with other material into flour and then stir dough. The water used to solubilizing the product is subtracted from total water required to mix dough.
Storage:
stored in cool and dry condition.
