TEXEL SIZE PLUS

Texel Size Plus is formulated to suit the unique requirement of sizing on coarser counts of textile industry especially for high speed shuttle less looms. It is formulated using newly developed Modified Starch of ether derivative and other binders.

Application:

Tezel Size Plus can be used for sizing on cotton and polyester/cotton blends of coarser counts to be woven on modern high speed shuttle less, rapier and projectile looms.

Texel Size plus does not require any special method of cooking. It can be cooked in pressure vessel or in open vessel.

Description:

Yarn undergoes friction and tensions during weaving process. Such abrasion are significantly high on modern shuttle-less high speed weaving machines. The efficiency of weaving depends on resistance offered by the yarn against abrasion and tensile strenght of yarn.

Due to its approprate viscosity, Texel Size Plus offers adequate coating of size on the yarn that helps effective suppression of hairiness. The yarn sized with Texel Size plus is smooth. This results in improved resistance against abrasion.

Texel Size Plus due to its high film strenght and high adhesion provides toughness to the yarn and it helps to withstand against jerks and tensions during weaving.

Film produced by Texel Size Plus adheres to the fibre strongly to result in minimum droppings at leasing and weaving.

Since it is formulated using etherified starch as a major ingredient, it offers efficient removal during desizing operation.

Texel Size Plus is compatible with all other sizing ingredients
