Product Description
Veroni's prosciutti are all produced using only the finest pork thinghs. For the genuine Parma hams the meat is taken only from pigs reared within the northern regions of Italy. For the other prosciutto hams the meat is imported from specific Northern European breeders.
Apart from being rigorously selected for their shape, size and appearance, great attention is paid to locate pork thighs with the right balance of fat required to make the various types af prosciutti. The selected thighs are then salted, after which they undergo an air drying process and are constantly observed by professional staff at the Veroni Prosciutti S.P.A. production units in the province of Parma.
