How to:
1. Put contents of a pack and 15ml of milk(1tbsp) in a microwave-safe small bowl and stir well until melted. Instead of Milk, water or fruits juice can be used.
Indication of bowl size: diameter 7cmx depth over 4cm (content:90-250ml).
2. Heat it with a microwave without plastic wrap. Test the heat of it. (1tbsp=15ml measuring spoon)
*Do not heat more than 2 pieces with a microwave at once.
*Avoid to cook with auto button.
*There may be difference of meal each time according to the size of a bowl.
*Be careful to heat it too much. It may cause to be dried or firmed.

flour, sugar (maltose, sugar, mizuame), sweet corn, vegetable oil, dried egg whites, fat-free milk, processed starch, baking powder, carbonate calcium, caseinate sodium, emulsifiers (soy), iron pyrophosphate
