The factory is located in the north part of Sakarya, having direct connection to the main highway. It is only 45 km away from Derince port.
This land consists of 8522 m2 (sqm) and a flour factory had been established with a production capacity of 300 tons per day.
Dry wheat silos have a capacity of 5. 000 tons while wet wheat storage capacity is 350 tons and the initial wa shing and transfer silos having a capacity of 150 tons.
Facilities:
1. The cleaning section of our flour factory is 400 m2 (sqm) and a 6 storied building and there are 9 units of wheat silos made of curtain concrete and there are washing arrangements and 8 units of wheat silos made of curtain concrete. Building was made of reinforced concrete. Factory section is 200 m2 and it is again a 6 storied building and there are production stores together with 4 units of humidity silos made of curtain concrete and the building was made of reinforced concrete.
2. Flour storage building: 300 m2 (sqm) , 3 storied, reinforced concrete.
3. 2 units of steel flour silos.
4. 450 sqm horizontal wheat silos with a height of 6 meters.
5. 2 storied administration building, 120 sqm
6. Computerized weighbridge of 50 tons
7. A house of 80 sqm assigned for visitors consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a
