Description
Xylanase P is derived from a controlled fermentation of a strain of Trichoderma.reesei . It is an endo-1, 4-beta-xylanase and can degrade the xylan in cell walls into xylooligosaccharide by destroying the hydrogen bone and covalent bond between xylan moleculars to release the nutrition from the cells.
