♦ How to make soup "Almighty Kishu ume sauce (E-895)"
1. Pour the Almighty Kishu ume sauce (E-895) into a stainless steel container.
2. Cook udon noodles and put into cold water to cool then drain them.
3. Pour 40 – 60 ml of the sauce on the udon noodles.
*** Try adding toppings such as grated daikon radish, umeboshi (pickled plum) and etc. according to taste.
♦ What is Udon?
Udon is a traditional Japanese thick white noodle made from wheat.
The soup is soy souse flavored dashi which is fish stock containing dried bonito fish and konbu (kelp).
There is various local udon/soba tastes in Japan. Abura-age (deep-fried tofu), tempura, raw egg and etc. can be served as toppings.
