The Product:
Vineyards: Garganega 35%, Trebbiano 25%, Tocai 10%, Cortese, Riesling, White Pinot, Chardonnay and Malvasia 30%.
Productive Techniques: Uses the Guyot system of vine cultivation, producing 80/90 hl of wine per hectare. Soft squeezing, low-temperature steeping (5° C) for about 48 hours but only the naturally drained must makes it to the bottle. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°/18° C. Refined in steel vats for about 4/6 months.
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: flowery, fruity and slightly aromatic.
Flavour: Soft, delicate, good-bodied, and slightly aromatic.
Alcoholic content: 12.00% vol.
Combinings: Best as aperitif or with first courses, white Meat and fish.
Served: in a white Wine glass at 8°-10° C.
