Product cured from healthy pigs hams slaughtered in compliance with all hygiene and sanitary conditions required by law. Product obtained by salting and drying in dryers following several cycles of natural healing. The healing period varies according to the weight of the piece to begin the process and the evolution of it, completing a minimum of 9~15 months, according to the Ham type.
