Zarusoba is one of the most popular cold noodles dishes.
Mostly we dip cold noodles in fish y soy sauce soup.
This product is a new taste soup that added chili oil and pepper. It can be used for cold and hot soup.
We recommend serving the chicken and spring onions on the noodles, and topping with nori (seaweed) and sesame.
♦ How to make soup " Tsukesoba no tare (AB-451) "
1. Pour Tsukesoba no tare(AB-451) into the stainlesssteel bowl.
2. Mix it well before use to combine sauce and oil evenly.
3. Pour 40 ml of the soup into a bowl.
4. Pour 120 ml of boiled water into the bowl.
5. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into another bowl.
6. Serve Tsukesoba soup and noodlesin different bowls.
*** Chicken and negi spring onion, sesame and nori (dried seaweed) can be served as toppings.
