This product is reproduction of west Japan noodle soup with Hokkaido Rausu konbu (kelp)
and dried bonito fish taste. This product is modeled on west Japan noodle soup,
with Hokkaido Rausu konbu (kelp) and dried bonito from Hokkaido.
Serve udon noodle with abura-age (deep-fried tohu) and spring onion.
♦ How to make soup " Kaori mentsuyu (BD-686) "
1. Dilute Kaori mentsuyu(BD-686) approx. 1:10 with water, and then heat it.
2. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into a bowl.
3. Pour the soup into the bowl.
*** Serve abura-age (deep-fried tofu) and spring onin on the noodle s as topping.
♦ What is Udon?
Udon is a traditional Japanese noodle.
Udon is a traditional Japanese thick white noodle made from wheat.
The soup is soy souse flavored dashi which is fish stock containing dried bonito fish and konbu (kelp).
There are various local udon tastesin Japan.
Abura-age (deep-fried tofu), tempura, raw egg and etc. can be served as toppings.
